SharePoint/O365 Platform Engineer (Microsoft 365)

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Candidates must be authorized to work in India without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft Power Platform tenants, environments, DLP policies, Managed Environments, and Dataverse security roles.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, Copilot Studio agents, and solution-based deployment pipelines.
• Build and manage Power BI datasets, dataflows, semantic models, reports, workspaces, capacities, gateways, and row-level security.
• Administer SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, storage, governance, lifecycle management, and OneDrive content migrations.
• Implement retention, data loss prevention, sensitivity labeling, external sharing, and access-control policies across Microsoft 365.
• Support Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI readiness while enabling citizen developers through standards, templates, training, and the Centre of Excellence toolkit.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and development, with a focus on Power Platform and Power BI.
• Practical experience with Power Platform administration, DLP policies, Managed Environments, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and standard or premium connectors.
• Hands-on Power BI experience with data modeling, DAX, Power Query, workspace administration, and capacity management.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID, PowerShell, security, compliance, retention, DLP, and sensitivity labels.
• B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or an equivalent qualification, along with solid problem-solving and customer management skills.
• Work authorization in India is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, PL-300, or MS-700.
