Director - Workday

Location: Somerset, NJ, USA; hybrid work with regular reporting to the Somerset office

Salary: $170,000–$220,000 annually

What you will do

• Own IT program delivery for the Workday migration across planning, architecture and configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Lead governance across SteerCo, program leaderhirify.globalp, HR stakeholders, internal teams, systems integrators, and vendors.
• Coordinate platform, integrations, data conversion, reporting, security, access, testing, cutover, and readiness activities.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, financials, dependencies, risks, issues, change requests, and mitigation plans.
• Advise executive and HR leaders, communicate decisions and impacts, and facilitate timely resolution of trade-offs.
• Mentor program and project managers across IT Transformation and drive process improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT program management and 10+ years of IT delivery or operations experience leading large, complex software implementations.
• Experience assembling and leading cross-functional teams, systems integrators, and vendors on enterprise programs.
• Expertise in scope, schedule, budget, financial, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Executive-level communication, strategic planning, problem-solving, change management, and business acumen.
• Ability to travel to hirify.global, partner, and customer events, including up to 25% travel.

• Workday implementation leaderhirify.globalp across architecture, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent, Learning, Success Plan, and Cloud Connects.
• Experience leading integrations with HRIS and enterprise systems such as iCIMS, payroll, benefits, identity, analytics, D365, and data platforms.
