Superintendent (I&C)

Location: Onshore site in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

What you will do

• Lead commissioning activities for the sales gas and condensate area.
• Provide guidance to the commissioning team, EPC contractor, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with licensors and vendors to monitor activities against approved procedures.
• Review pre-commissioning, commissioning, and vendor manuals, and verify mechanical completion requirements.
• Participate in commissioning meetings and troubleshooting analysis.
• Verify system readiness for mechanical completion and RFSU certification, monitor punch-list closeout, and support compliant handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• At least 20 years of relevant commissioning or operation-readiness experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position on oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
• Onshore site experience in MEGA EPC projects and availability to be based in Abu Dhabi are required.
• GCC experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Commissioning experience in sour gas, hydrogen production, or hydrodesulfurization projects.
