HVAC Technician - Towson, MD

Location: Towson, Maryland, United States; field-based work conducted on-site at customer locations.

Salary: $43.29–$58.59 per hour.

What you will do

• Commission, start up, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers to plan installations and repairs.
• Forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work for new facility setups and retrofit projects.
• Use service software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to complete repairs.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety, security, and accountability for company-issued equipment and assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 5+ years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months, with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA Certification and Maryland Journeyman license.
• Availability for overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.
