Location: Remote (San Francisco, United States)

What you will do

Collaborate with sales to understand client needs and provide technical demonstrations.
Lead technical implementations ensuring seamless integration with customer systems.
Support post-sales activities, identify new challenges, and train customers on best practices.
Build strong technical relationships and act as trusted advisor to customers.
Lead technical workshops for prospects and customers.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in or near San Francisco
4+ years in technical client-facing roles within SaaS, cloud, or data-focused organizations.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and SaaS applications.
Experience with headless browsing tools such as Selenium, Puppeteer, or Playwright.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
