What you will do

• Lead Oracle Cloud implementation and Oracle E-Business Suite 11i enhancement projects across Sales, Operations, and Logistics.
• Work with implementation consultants, supply chain managers, business process owners, developers, and users across the JAPAC region and global organization.
• Analyze business processes and translate findings into business requirements, functional designs, system changes, and improvement recommendations.
• Research, configure, test, document, and support Oracle production changes, integrations, upgrades, and releases.
• Coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing, validate development deliverables, and resolve production issues.
• Develop validation plans, procedures, training materials, and deliver Oracle training to business users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 12 years of technical-functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12/11i implementations, focused on Sales, Operations, and Logistics.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Order Management, Pricing, Quoting, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Shipping, Service, and related Finance modules.
• Experience with at least five full life-cycle Oracle Cloud, R12, or 11i implementations and global cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills and familiarity with Agile, ITIL, and SDLC processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS SCM.
