Business Analyst, Delivery Promise

What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy predictive Estimated Delivery Date models focused on optimizing protection buffers across delivery regions.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Logistics, and IT teams to integrate EDD models into existing systems and refine them using operational feedback.
• Monitor EDD accuracy and End-to-End Total Cycle Time through dashboards, trend analysis, KPI reporting, and root-cause categorization of delivery delays.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions that improve delivery reliability and cycle-time performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Vendor Operations, warehouse teams, and last-mile transportation stakeholders.
• Act as the point of contact for EDD and cycle-time performance, translating data into business insights and corrective actions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for data extraction, manipulation, visualization, and reporting.
• Experience with KPI monitoring, root-cause analysis, data-driven process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management.
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal, is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python or R, ML orchestration, or cloud data warehouse environments such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• German, Czech, Polish, or Russian language skills.
