What you will do

• Lead end-to-end professional services project delivery across scope, timelines, milestones, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate account managers, presales specialists, technical teams, and project resources.
• Manage risks, project health reviews, documentation, status reports, action plans, and deliverables.
• Build senior-level client relationships, resolve conflicts, and support new business opportunities.
• Drive delivery process improvements and knowledge sharing within the PMO community.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects in IT or consulting environments with strong planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Business acumen, including cost-benefit analysis, KPI setting, and change management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, PSA tools, ServiceNow, or similar project tracking platforms.
• Strategic thinking, mentoring, process improvement, and a results-oriented mindset.
