What you will do

• Design and execute studies integrating large-scale human genetics, longitudinal clinical data, and multidimensional omics datasets.
• Generate phenotypes, conduct genetic association studies, and perform integrative omics analyses to identify targets for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
• Apply computational methods to integrate genetic data with multiple omics platforms and prioritize drug targets.
• Collaborate with Immunology TAG, Analytic Genetics, Sequencing, GIDE, preclinical, and clinical development teams.
• Summarize research findings in documents, presentations, patent applications, and publications.
• Partner with Clinical Development to evaluate indications, clinical-stage programs, and safety considerations for human genetics studies.

Requirements

• PhD or MD preferred.
• 8+ years of experience using WES/GWAS datasets, RNA-Seq, proteomics, and other large-scale genomic and proteomic platforms.
• Expertise in immunobiology, genetics, and disease mechanisms.
• Experience with large genetic studies producing novel genetic findings and medically relevant gene discoveries.
• Ability to manage and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and advance immunology-related drug discovery pipelines.
• Proficiency in computational immunology research is encouraged.
