AI Operations Associate

Location: Remote, based in New York City

hirify.global partners with musculoskeletal provider groups and specialty clinics to improve patient acquisition, clinical workflows, operational efficiency, and longitudinal patient engagement.

What you will do

• Own the automation roadmap and deliver measurable operational leverage across back-office and clinical operations.
• Shadow clinical and back-office teams to identify high-value automation opportunities and build repeatable processes for shipping and monitoring production automations.
• Lead data integrations across major EHRs, including pipeline reliability and error handling.
• Select and operate the right automation tools, including APIs, portal integrations, browser automation, desktop automation, and screen-level robots.
• Build and maintain internal AI tooling such as LLMs, agent frameworks, and knowledge assistants, while enabling teammates to use them effectively.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, BizOps, and RCM on integration patterns, data contracts, vendor delivery, documentation, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, software engineering, product management, or a similar analytical or technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to scope ambiguous problems, break them down, and ship working solutions end to end.
• Practical fluency with modern AI tooling, including LLMs, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, light scripting in Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies, code reading, automation development, and debugging.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree and comfort working cross-functionally in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
