Marketing Manager - Local Area Marketing (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of Local Area Marketing specialists across Queensland.
• Partner with State Operations Managers and the central marketing team to deliver state-wide commercial opportunities.
• Work directly with five local publicans to identify venue needs, solve trade challenges and execute targeted campaigns.
• Build relationships with local suppliers, influencers and community partners while monitoring hospitality and consumer trends.
• Activate campaigns in venues through point-of-sale materials, digital screens and visual merchandising.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and maintain standards including ABAC and RSA/RSG.

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in multi-site hospitality or retail environments.
• Commercial experience using customer and market insights to increase footfall and revenue.
• Inspirational leadership skills and experience developing talent.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent practical experience.
