What you will do

• Develop annual strategic marketing plans to drive portfolio growth, cost, and profitability.
• Manage the full marketing mix, including new product launches, pricing strategies, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate clinical demand.
• Collaborate with sales, clinical, and global marketing partners to effectively position solutions for hospital settings.
• Optimize contract listings and drive execution in partnership with Corporate Account Managers and Sales Leaders.
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs and external advocacy groups to enhance market access.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience within the healthcare industry.
• Degree or postgraduate qualifications in marketing, business, or commerce.
• Strong ability to lead and influence with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience collaborating with sales teams, clinicians, and key opinion leaders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to navigate complex situations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the North Ryde office in Sydney
