Global Partnerships Specialist

What you will do

• Support sponsorship and partnership initiatives across sports, education, entertainment, KOL collaborations, and events.
• Coordinate communications and project deliverables with partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage sponsorship activation projects, including branding materials, campaign timelines, and on-site event support.
• Deliver sponsorship obligations such as branding, media placements, appearances, digital content, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Content, and Design teams to create and deploy partnership assets.
• Monitor activation performance and prepare reports on ROI, engagement, reach, and brand exposure.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• 2–3 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, brand activation, or event coordination.
• Strong organisational, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with branding, marketing campaigns, and sponsorship or partnership activations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or project management tool experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel for sponsored events, activations, and partner meetings.
