Zscaler Administrator - Application Packaging (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote-based within the United Kingdom; occasional travel to the Surrey-area office may be required. UK citizenship is required, and candidates must be eligible to obtain or hold BPSS clearance.

What you will do

• Administer and optimise Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access platforms.
• Manage security policies, access controls, application segments, authentication integrations, and traffic forwarding.
• Support and troubleshoot Zscaler Client Connector, App Connectors, and cloud connectivity services.
• Onboard and segment business applications within the ZPA environment.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, security events, and user experience.
• Contribute to automation, incident response, vulnerability remediation, risk assessments, documentation, reporting, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access and Zscaler Private Access.
• Experience managing Zscaler policies, authentication, application segmentation, and secure access controls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across access, identity, networking, and cloud connectivity.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure networking and infrastructure services.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, certificates, authentication services, and enterprise networking concepts.
• Experience in structured IT service management and change-control environments, with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Splunk, or other SIEM platforms.
• Zscaler Digital Experience, cloud security, or Zero Trust architecture experience.
• PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, Palo Alto, Cisco, or F5 experience.
• Zscaler Certified Administrator, Zscaler Certified Engineer, Microsoft Azure, Security+, CCNA, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience supporting highly regulated or security-conscious environments.
