Senior Application Security Engineer (SCA/SAST)

What you will do

• Lead the global strategy and roadmap for software composition analysis (SCA) and static application security testing (SAST).
• Act as the subject-matter expert for enterprise SCA and SAST implementation and scalable security automation.
• Optimize security tooling to reduce false positives and improve the developer experience.
• Integrate application security into the SDLC and CI/CD pipelines across .NET, Java, Go, and Python environments.
• Conduct threat modeling and architectural reviews to identify vulnerabilities before implementation.
• Mentor security professionals and influence architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of application security experience.
• Strong enterprise-level experience implementing SCA and SAST.
• Ability to read and review Java, C#, Python, or Go code and provide remediation guidance.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Ability to communicate security risks as business value and clear engineering actions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
