Applications Specialist (.NET/Azure)

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of enterprise applications and integrations, including design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain internal applications with strong performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Support system integrations, enterprise data platforms, and data workflows while meeting operational and compliance requirements.
• Promote CI/CD, DevOps, cloud-based development practices, and consistent technical standards.
• Evaluate technologies, maintain documentation, and guide or mentor development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or solution support.
• Experience designing and supporting API integrations and enterprise data flows.
• Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing methodologies, and enterprise architecture standards.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms, .NET/C#, Vue.js or a similar frontend framework, and Azure services including Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, including experience working with non-technical stakeholders and mentoring developers.
