Sr. Staff Product Manager (Oracle EPM)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Base pay range: $205,500–$278,000 per year, with potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design and implement enterprise planning and prioritization technologies across Finance and Enterprise Performance Management.
• Shape product roadmaps for planning, close, consolidation, reconciliation, and digital process automation.
• Identify systemic organization-wide problems and influence solutions through collaboration with Finance, Product Management, Engineering, and business leaders.
• Manage end-to-end projects across analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases.
• Use customer insight, competitive analysis, industry trends, and metrics to guide product decisions and business direction.
• Present recommendations, goals, milestones, and trade-offs to senior leadership stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software industry experience, including systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management.
• Direct experience with EPM tools and processes, particularly Oracle ARCS and FCCS, in close, consolidation, or reconciliation contexts.
• Experience analyzing large-scale systems and supporting product development lifecycles with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management, Agile methodology, communication, presentation, and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Data- and metrics-driven approach with experience managing multiple complex projects and delivering measurable results.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS, EDMCS, TRCS, PCMCS, or Narrative Reporting.
• Familiarity with Coupa, BlackLine, Aravo, and other third-party applications integrated with Oracle EPM or ERP Cloud.
• Experience building business and value cases for ERP and EPM Cloud upgrades and SaaS implementations.
