Producer (Game Development)

What you will do

• Coordinate game features and content across audio, UI, core technology, and other cross-discipline teams.
• Maintain development roadmaps, backlogs, scope, capacity plans, and sprint deliverables using Jira and related project management tools.
• Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, task estimation, prioritization, and communication between teams and leadership.
• Identify outsourcing opportunities and coordinate staffing, co-development, support needs, and priorities with production and discipline leads.
• Facilitate bug triage with engineering and QA teams.
• Identify risks, impediments, blockers, and scope creep; create mitigation plans and ensure features and content are reviewed and delivered on time.

Requirements

• Significant game industry production experience and a proven record of shipping titles for large, cross-discipline development teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills across disciplines and stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Jira, workflows, backlog management, and reporting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, project tracking tools, and bug databases.
• Proficiency with agile and traditional waterfall production management techniques, including selecting the appropriate approach.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
