What you will do

• Lead the long-term roadmap and production goals for the Cookie Jam team.
• Oversee live operations for a high-performing mobile game and ensure stable delivery for players.
• Improve team pipelines, workflows, organization, and production processes.
• Mentor producers across levels and create opportunities for professional growth.
• Establish product vision and team objectives with directors, documenting and presenting them clearly.
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts, strengthen communication, and report project status and risks to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in game production, preferably in casual mobile gaming.
• Strong leadership, consensus-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proven experience with live operations in a fast-paced, event-driven game environment.
• Strong knowledge of the games marketplace, market trends, data, and product improvement opportunities.
• Project management experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with production tools such as Confluence, Jira, G-Suite, Keynote, configuration management, deployment tools, and JSON configuration.
