What you will do

• Lead the creation of the long-term roadmap and production goals for the team.
• Oversee live operations of a critical title, ensuring smooth execution and stability for players.
• Improve team pipelines and workflows while monitoring team organization to ensure proper support.
• Mentor producers at all levels and provide opportunities for them to learn and grow their skills.
• Resolve conflicts with internal, cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Present a clear picture of the project to executive leadership while advocating for the team and development plans.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a game production role, with a preference for casual mobile gaming.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build consensus and support for initiatives across multiple teams.
• Proven experience in live operations within a fast-paced, event-driven game environment.
• Strong knowledge of the marketplace, market trends, and data, with the ability to identify product improvements.
• Solid project management foundation in various methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to customize workflows to meet team needs.
• Proficient in various production tools, such as Confluence, Jira, G-Suite, and Keynote.
