Senior Software Engineer (Golang)

Location: Onsite at CMC Creative Space, Tan Hung ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Build self-service capabilities in the control plane and streaming SDK to simplify real-time data streaming and stream processing.
• Develop well-tested Golang components across unit, integration, and end-to-end test levels.
• Implement and drive large-scale technical initiatives and platform evolution across the organization.
• Contribute to architecture decisions involving platformization, infrastructure, observability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers and infrastructure teams to operate reliable streaming systems.
• Participate in and improve on-call and incident response procedures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with at least one programming language, preferably Golang.
• Effective written and spoken English is required.
• Willingness to learn new programming languages and apply new technologies.
• Ability to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, MySQL, Spark, Temporal, or Saga patterns.
• Experience with Flink, Kafka Connect, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, AWS, or Terraform.
