Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Own and evolve a portfolio of supply chain data products, ensuring certification, compliance, governance, and business adoption.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate processes, data domains, and analytical needs into data strategies and architecture roadmaps.
• Design and maintain scalable conceptual, logical, and physical data models for reporting, analytics, machine learning, AI, and self-service consumption.
• Improve data product maturity through data quality, metadata management, master data management, governance, and AI-ready design.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, product owners, and business leaders to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and modern data practices while promoting architecture excellence through mentoring and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, data science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, data management, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience owning or supporting data products and enterprise-scale data assets.
• Strong experience with enterprise data modeling, data architecture, data governance, data quality, metadata, and data warehousing.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and supporting analytics, AI, machine learning, or data science initiatives.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Services, cloud data platforms, and data catalog or metadata solutions.
