AI Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Relocation eligible. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Architect and scale data ecosystems that ingest, consolidate, and analyze structured and unstructured manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering data.
• Lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives for yield optimization, predictive maintenance, constraint resolution, and other complex manufacturing challenges.
• Build autonomous AI-powered pipelines that orchestrate data ingestion, feature engineering, model execution, and decision-making.
• Define data acquisition strategies, semantic layers, and scalable data models for real-time analytics, digital twins, and AI-driven manufacturing.
• Develop production-grade algorithms, models, and automation pipelines using SQL, Python, R, and modern data platforms.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, product engineering, and senior leadership to define KPIs, communicate insights, and operationalize recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with agent-based systems, AI orchestration frameworks, and workflow automation.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing data science, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and industrial data systems.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, statistical modeling, data mining, and large-scale industrial datasets.
• Ability to design end-to-end intelligent systems integrating data, models, and decision logic into automated workflows.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and engineering domains.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams.
