AI Engineer (World Models)

Location: On-site in Paris, Montreal, New York, or Singapore

What you will do

• Implement and optimize robust self-supervised learning methods for video and high-dimensional signals.
• Develop and scale new architectures to predict world dynamics with a focus on performance.
• Build scalable infrastructure for pre-processing and curating large-scale video datasets.
• Design efficient algorithms for model-based planning and reasoning in complex environments.
• Collaborate with a team of scientists and engineers to advance state-of-the-art AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Ability to design, run, and analyze experiments independently.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and large-scale training on GPU/TPU environments.
• Must be able to work on-site in Paris, Montreal, New York, or Singapore.

Nice to have

• Track record of building and deploying high-performance ML models.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in PyTorch or JAX for distributed training and efficient inference.
• Experience maintaining open-source projects.
