Private Client Producer (Insurance)

What you will do

• Develop new business revenue from new and existing clients.
• Identify needs in target sectors and propose relevant insurance products and services.
• Build market expertise through networking and professional development.
• Collaborate with the Personal Lines Team to prepare proposals and action plans.
• Present and sell new business proposals to prospects.
• Conduct coverage reviews, maintain CRM records, and meet annual sales and professional development goals.

Requirements

• Insurance Producer license in good standing for the states required to service the assigned book of business.
• At least 2 years of experience in an insurance agency or carrier, including sales experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of the targeted insurance industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Routine or periodic travel is required; a valid motor vehicle record and minimum required vehicle insurance coverage are necessary.
