Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands

What you will do

• Build scalable, high-load, cloud-native solutions for electric vehicle charging.
• Design and develop complex algorithms and systems that process large amounts of data from multiple sources.
• Define and safeguard the architecture of the GreenFlux platform with peer developers and engineering leadership.
• Drive code quality, secure coding practices, testing, documentation, and cloud infrastructure cost optimization.
• Lead technical design activities and contribute to architecture discussions.
• Guide, coach, and mentor developers while strengthening engineering practices across teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with an object-oriented programming language building large-scale, complex systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud experience, preferably with Azure.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles across backend and frontend engineering.
• Experience with testing, quality control, CI/CD, software development lifecycle automation, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience leading technical design activities and a strong interest in monitoring code quality, engineering practices, infrastructure usage, and costs.
• Professional fluency in English and availability for hybrid work in Amsterdam are required.

Nice to have

• Debugging and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Defining and integrating HTTP REST APIs.
• Experience with self-organizing teams or LeSS.
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code.
