Location: Hybrid in London, Amsterdam, Paris, or Munich with regular on-site presence required

What you will do

• Serve as a dedicated technical partner embedded in customer engineering teams.
• Design, build, and deploy production code and configurations into customer infrastructure.
• Own technical success across the hirify.global portfolio and act as primary point of contact.
• Participate in customer standups, design reviews, and incident response.
• Drive platform adoption and identify opportunities to unlock new capabilities.
• Surface edge cases and gaps to influence hirify.global’s product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience with production-grade systems
• Ownership of mission-critical services, on-call, incident response, and high uptime.
• Active coding with modern frameworks, languages, and deployment patterns.
• Full-stack fluency: frontend, backend, databases, distributed infrastructure.
• AI-augmented workflows for development acceleration.
• Systems design for complex requirements and cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• High agency, ambiguity navigation, and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Workers or Developer Platform.
• Customer-facing engineering or startup experience.
• Public profile via open-source, blogging, or conferences.
