Forward Deployed Engineer (Cloudflare Platform)

Location: Hybrid in the Netherlands; remote work is available, with a regular on-site presence at customer locations and a possible in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

Salary: $101,000–$130,000 annual salary for Netherlands-based hires, plus eligibility for hirify.global’s equity plan.

What you will do

• Embed with a strategic customer’s engineering organization as a long-term technical partner.
• Design, build, and deploy production-ready code and configurations using hirify.global’s platform.
• Own the customer account’s technical success across hirify.global products and coordinate technical resources.
• Participate in standups, design reviews, and real-time incident response.
• Drive adoption across Workers, security, networking, observability, and other hirify.global product areas.
• Surface product gaps and real-world edge cases to hirify.global Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.
• Experience with Go, Rust, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience owning mission-critical services, on-call rotations, incident response, and high-availability systems.
• Broad technical fluency across frontend performance, backend logic, databases, and distributed infrastructure.
• Deep experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including serverless, networking, and security primitives.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Workers or the hirify.global Developer Platform.
• Startup experience or previous customer-facing engineering work within a partner’s codebase.
• Open-source contributions, technical blogging, or conference speaking experience.
