Intermediate and Senior Engineers (Fullstack PHP/Laravel)

Location: Remote anywhere in Canada; Toronto office available

Salary: USD 125,000–160,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain front-end and back-end systems for patient, healthcare practitioner, and pharmacist experiences.
• Design architectural patterns, technical specifications, databases, and scalable software.
• Support the launch of new products, markets, and healthcare categories.
• Improve platform reliability through testing, observability, monitoring, and system optimization.
• Manage communication flows across the technology stack and establish engineering practices.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with Product and Design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer building scalable web applications.
• Experience with PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, and Vue.
• Ability to unblock and lead development teams.
• Clear communication of technical concepts and effective collaboration with Product.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, create clarity, and solve problems.
• Must be located in Canada.
