Staff Product Manager, Search Experiences (AI)

Location: Remote Canada

Salary: CAD 128,000–171,000 annually for Canada Tier 1 locations; CAD 116,000–155,000 annually for Canada Tier 2 locations.

What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Firefox Desktop search across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Lead experimentation across search access points, default search experiences, and search suggestions.
• Define success metrics with Data Science and turn product analytics insights into decisions.
• Partner with Business Development on search partnerships and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Design to prototype and ship innovative search experiences.
• Balance user experience, privacy, technical constraints, and revenue outcomes while contributing to quarterly and annual planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of revenue-impacting and user-facing products.
• Experience with search, discovery, AI/ML-powered products, or adjacent domains.
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and their product implications.
• Experience leading experimentation programs and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with product analytics tools and SQL.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
