HSE Manager (Contingency) (Safety)

What you will do

• Direct and manage occupational safety, health, and environmental functions.
• Implement and oversee safety programs compliant with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and EM 385-1-1.
• Conduct safety audits, identify nonconformance, and monitor corrective actions.
• Train the workforce on safety principles and promote a strong safety culture.
• Compile and analyze accident, injury, and property loss data to identify trends.
• Prepare HSE metrics and progress reports while supporting strategies to reduce TRIR.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or CSP certification with 3+ years of experience on contracts of similar size and complexity.
• OSHA 30-hour construction safety training or equivalent.
• EM 385-1-1 certification.
• Experience with crane lifts, confined space, lockout/tagout, and fall protection.
• Ability to analyze safety data and deliver workforce training.

Nice to have

• First Aid/CPR with AED certification.
• Strong analytical, communication, and training skills.
