CIO Advisory Managing Consultant (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Dallas, or Seattle, United States

Base compensation: $105,600–$199,480 per year, with potential additional variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end CIO advisory engagements, including scope, planning, delivery, and outcomes.
• Own platform strategy and IT operating model design across complex enterprise environments.
• Run executive workshops and align business and technology leaders on strategic tradeoffs.
• Drive portfolio-level transformation planning, including dependencies, sequencing, and value realization.
• Support major pursuits through proposal development and executive storyline creation.
• Mentor teams and build organizational capabilities through structured coaching and training.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy and transformation consulting, CIO advisory, or related enterprise technology work.
• Strong structured problem-solving and client leadership skills.
• Ability to design business and operating models and lead technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with senior executives and facilitating executive-level discussions.
• Ability to lead small or medium-sized projects and develop domain expertise.
