Enterprise Platform Strategist (Public Sector)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; expected to work in the office 4–5 days per week. Working with customers in person is the main priority. Travel averages approximately 25%, with higher travel demands during select months.

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD annually, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Advise public-sector customers on transforming work through hirify.global process applications, AI, robotic automation, Data Fabric, and related technologies.
• Uncover customer business goals and translate them into prioritized plans, roadmaps, and measurable success outcomes.
• Lead customer adoption and enable clients to build, manage, and scale hirify.global applications independently.
• Monitor account health, identify risks and barriers, and drive mitigation across business, program, implementation, technical, project, adoption, and engagement areas.
• Identify expansion opportunities and develop data-backed business cases for additional investment.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, communicate with technical teams and C-level executives, mentor colleagues, and advocate for agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology or technical consulting.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor and delivering measurable business value for customers.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms and systems, including how they solve business problems.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
• Strong organization, project management, attention to detail, and agile software development experience.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in success management, program management, account management, or advisory services.
• Experience implementing, configuring, deploying, or testing enterprise SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Understanding of system integration, data architecture, or enterprise architecture.
