Enterprise Platform Strategist (AI Automation)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; Denver, Colorado; Madison, Wisconsin; or Raleigh, North Carolina, United States

Base salary: $125,000–$250,000 USD per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers and translate business goals into prioritized execution plans.
• Drive adoption of hirify.global applications and solutions, enabling customers to build, manage, and scale them independently.
• Develop joint roadmaps and success plans tied to measurable customer outcomes.
• Monitor account health, identify business, program, implementation, technical, project, adoption, and engagement risks, and remove barriers to success.
• Identify expansion opportunities and create data-backed business cases for additional investment.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, mentor colleagues, recommend process and technology improvements, and advocate for agile practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical field.
• 10+ years of combined experience in technology or technical consulting.
• Experience acting as a trusted advisor and delivering measurable business value for customers.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms and systems, including how they solve business problems.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
• Strong organization, project management, attention to detail, and agile software development experience; approximately 25% travel is expected.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, program management, account management, or advisory services.
• Experience implementing, configuring, deploying, or testing enterprise SaaS/PaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of system integration, data architecture, or enterprise architecture.
