Lending Transaction Associate Sr (Syndicated - Commercial Lending)

Location: Based in Cleveland, Dallas, Houston, Kalamazoo, Denver, Pittsburgh, or East Brunswick, United States; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with occasional in-office participation. Core hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST.

Base salary: $52,500–$105,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support syndicated loan activities across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Book, service, and report on UK syndicated loan deals in ACBS.
• Process and maintain deal documentation in SyndTrak, coordinate investor access, and manage investor and life-of-loan data.
• Support CUSIP generation and act as a liaison between deal closers and operational systems.
• Review trade documentation, coordinate settlement activities, perform KYC and tax validation, and execute finalized trades in ACBS.
• Coordinate closing schedules, resolve transaction issues, validate pricing structures, and ensure security interests are perfected.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of complex transactions, documentation, due diligence, financial operations, and the regulatory environment in financial services.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, communication, negotiation, critical-thinking, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work core hours of 8:00 am–5:00 pm EST.
