Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Cybersecurity)

hirify.global is building an agentic AI platform that automates cybersecurity workflows, including threat contextualization, assessment, reasoning, and response for enterprise customers.

What you will do

• Design and execute functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and security-focused testing for the cybersecurity analytics platform.
• Build scalable test automation frameworks for security analytics, threat detection pipelines, and AI-powered security agents.
• Validate threat intelligence data, security event processing, analytics outputs, detection accuracy, false-positive rates, and incident response workflows.
• Test AI/ML security models through accuracy validation, adversarial testing, bias detection, and output verification.
• Validate ETL and data pipelines processing logs, alerts, and threat intelligence, including transformations, aggregations, and enrichment.
• Collaborate with security researchers, data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams while producing quality metrics, dashboards, and documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, test automation, or software testing.
• Experience testing security products such as SIEM, XDR, TVM, threat intelligence platforms, or security analytics tools.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages, plus experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including threat detection, vulnerability management, security events, attack patterns, MITRE ATT&CK, and NIST.
• Experience testing REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, databases, data pipelines, and ETL processes, with strong SQL skills.
• Familiarity with Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, secure coding practices, and security vulnerability testing.

• Experience with AI/ML testing, security research, threat intelligence, or testing systems that scale with high-volume security data.
