Senior Financial Analyst (Crypto)

Salary: $75,531–$94,413 per year, with potential performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Support month-end close, including bank reconciliations, revenue recognition, cost allocations, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for regulatory filings, management reporting, and external audits.
• Strengthen internal control frameworks to improve financial accuracy, compliance, and reporting timeliness.
• Develop automated processes for financial reporting and analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial priorities and support business decisions.
• Monitor reporting standards and tax mandate changes across multiple jurisdictions in the Americas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience with financial reporting, planning, and performance analysis.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and communicate outcomes clearly to senior management.
• Proactive, self-directed problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
