C# Developer (Redis)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid with 3 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable .NET/C# services within a distributed streaming architecture.
• Build and support real-time data processing systems for P&L and risk analytics used by Fixed Income Rates and FX trading desks.
• Work on out-of-process services, system integrations, and data materialisation layers.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through optimisation and deployment.
• Apply Agile practices, including test-driven development and automated testing.
• Collaborate with developers, traders, quantitative teams, and global teams across EMEA, New York, and APAC.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in C# and .NET development.
• Experience with Redis Cluster.
• Solid understanding of test-driven development and automated testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, design patterns, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work on-site in London 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems, streaming, and messaging such as Rx .NET.
• Knowledge of performance and memory profiling.
• Experience optimising systems for speed and efficiency.
• Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools and practices.
• End-to-end experience across the full software development lifecycle.
