• Deliver new backend functionality and features using C# and .NET
• Ensure high quality and continuous improvement of the codebase
• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle including deployment and monitoring
• Contribute to technical decisions and mentor less experienced engineers
• Work collaboratively in an Agile environment focusing on customer needs

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid in London with at least 60% office attendance
• Hands-on experience with C# .NET and asynchronous service processing
• Experience with high-volume transactional software development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices
• Strong communication skills and proactive team player attitude
