Senior Visual Designer

Location: Remote within Colombia

What you will do

• Develop visual concepts and translate abstract ideas into cohesive digital experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, components, libraries, and UI assets using modular design principles.
• Build mockups, prototypes, and design variations for A/B testing and iterative experimentation.
• Create light motion and animation using After Effects or similar tools.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Development, and Creative Direction teams, applying basic CSS knowledge to support accurate implementation.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to clients and contribute to user-centered product development across languages and regions.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience designing high-quality digital products for web and mobile.
• High proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, variables, and auto layout.
• Hands-on experience with design systems, Atomic Design, scalable visual systems, mockups, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in After Effects or similar tools for light motion and animation, plus a basic understanding of CSS.
• Experience with UI design and localization across languages and regions, as well as product-driven and user-centered environments.
• Strong collaboration and client-facing communication skills, with excellent English communication abilities. Engineering degree holders must present a professional license where required.
