Sr IT System Adminstrator - App & Collaboration

What you will do

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Configure platform settings, permissions, security groups, administrative policies, and role-based access.
• Monitor service health, availability, capacity, alerts, vendor notifications, and operational incidents.
• Resolve complex configuration, access, performance, synchronization, and integration issues as a senior escalation resource.
• Maintain workflows, scripts, connectors, low-code automations, system documentation, inventories, and recovery procedures.
• Partner with engineering, security, compliance, quality teams, vendors, and business stakeholders on platform changes, controls, testing, and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, plus 5+ years of enterprise systems administration experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Advanced experience administering Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Experience with enterprise application configurations, permissions, administrative policies, role-based access, and identity management.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, authentication concepts, APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and service-request management, as well as security, compliance, access-review, or audit-control activities.
• Willingness and ability to work on site in Alameda, California.
