Salary: $131,600 – $233,700 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, and governance for Microsoft Teams globally.
• Design and implement enterprise policies, configuration standards, and lifecycle management processes.
• Optimize the global Teams experience through monitoring, analytics, and direct partnership with Microsoft.
• Oversee interoperability across Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
• Drive AI-driven optimization using Copilot, Graph-based automation, and workflow intelligence.
• Direct and coordinate external engineering partners to ensure alignment with corporate standards.

Requirements

• U.S. Applicants Only.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Teams architecture, administration, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
• Proven ability to lead complex incident management and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Nice to have

• 6–8 years of experience with enterprise Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency with Teams Admin Center and PowerShell.
• Experience integrating Teams with devices and telephony.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-700 or MS-721.
