Sr Specialist, Program Manager (Automotive)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; 4–5 days per week in the office with regular in-person meetings and occasional travel required.

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Manage the Sales & Marketing master project plan and support retail readiness across Commercial Operations.
• Develop delivery timelines, coordinate interdependencies, and establish governance processes.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence and Jira and prepare executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate milestone planning, budget forecasting, and headcount planning with functional leaders.
• Lead meetings, track decisions and deliverables, and follow up on responsibilities.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive alignment on complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years of experience in project management or an automotive environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate organizations and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience creating infrastructure, systems, and processes in a startup or greenfield environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management systems and tools, including Confluence and Jira.
