What you will do

• Develop and drive the firm-wide fundraising strategy with firm partners.
• Lead investor reporting and engagement as the primary point of contact for existing investors.
• Identify, educate, and engage prospective investors and investment consultants.
• Present the firm's mission, strategy, funds, and performance to stakeholders.
• Strengthen connections with strategic partners and lead execution of the Annual General Meeting.
• Develop investor marketing and diligence materials and manage the LP CRM system.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in investor relations and raising capital from UHNW and institutional investors.
• Experience developing institutional LP fundraising channels and driving fundraising activity.
• Experience executing professional investor reporting and engagement programs.
• Strong conceptual, quantitative, and analytical skills with the ability to think like an investor.
• Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel 25–30% of the time and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
