What you will do

• Manage communication and engagement with existing and prospective investors.
• Prepare investor updates, board decks, quarterly reports, presentations, and other investor-facing materials.
• Work with founders and leadership to gather business updates and translate them into clear, concise communications.
• Coordinate investor meetings, calls, follow-ups, and ongoing engagement.
• Support fundraising, including investor research, pitch materials, data rooms, and diligence.
• Track business, financial, and operating metrics; maintain the investor CRM, cap table information, communication records, and documentation.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in investor relations or a similar role.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Ability to understand complex information and communicate it clearly and concisely.
• Experience preparing board materials, investor updates, presentations, or financial analyses.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, judgment, discretion, and ability to work independently.
• Comfort working directly with founders, investors, and senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed startup.
• Exposure to fundraising from Seed through Series C+.
• Background in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or corporate strategy.
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI, or technology businesses and startup metrics such as ARR, growth, retention, CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
