Technical Services Manager (Europe), Technology (Critical Minerals)

Location: Bad Homburg vor der Hohe, Germany. The role requires periodic travel to client and stakeholder sites, hirify.global offices, and conferences, with 25–35% travel domestically and internationally.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their operational goals, investment strategies, and performance gaps.
• Develop tailored technical support models and programs to improve production, reliability, asset integrity, emissions, and operating costs.
• Monitor customer KPIs, identify operational risks, and facilitate workshops with customer and hirify.global subject-matter experts.
• Support Sales in establishing, tracking, renewing, and expanding Technical Service Agreements.
• Identify and acquire opportunities across existing accounts and grassroots projects in collaboration with Sales, Technology PSL, Project Management, and Engineering.
• Represent customer needs within hirify.global and maintain accurate CRM records, success plans, opportunity pipelines, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and German is required.
• Relevant experience in asset management, process engineering, or customer-facing technical roles within energy, refining, chemicals, minerals, or industrial sectors.
• Experience in business development, opportunity shaping, acquisition, and strategic account growth.
• Strong understanding of project management, asset lifecycle management, operational KPIs, and capital investment strategies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and business models clearly in written and verbal client, peer, and management interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with process technologies and licensing models.
• Experience supporting operating assets, grassroots projects, and brownfield projects.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic business value.
• Additional European language skills.
