What you will do

• Manage facility operations including maintenance, security, safety protocols, and reception services across European locations.
• Ensure facility compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and organizational SOPs.
• Coordinate logistics for site openings, relocations, or closures, including infrastructure and telecommunications.
• Prepare and manage capital expenditure budgets, conducting financial analysis for cost optimization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, authorities, and third-party contractors.
• Implement sustainability and energy-saving initiatives to reduce waste and emissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management or a comparable technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a similar technical building project role.
• Fluent in both German and English (C1 level required).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Flexibility to travel to European sites as needed.
