Location: Hybrid, based at either the Global Technology Centre in Burgess Hill, United Kingdom, or the Service Technology Centre in Brno, Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Own and develop the global tooling and industrial engineering strategy, governance framework, and long-term roadmap.
• Define tooling standards, engineering principles, operational methodologies, and documentation practices for safe and efficient service operations.
• Manage the complete tooling lifecycle, including design principles, certification, compliance, availability, and retirement.
• Develop and improve tooling databases, management platforms, ordering systems, and related digital solutions.
• Support product and service readiness through design-for-tooling principles during new product introduction.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, compliance, digitalization, and regional STCs.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, preferably focused on mechanical design or manufacturing.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or service environments, ideally involving industrial equipment or rotating machinery.
• Strong project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and functions.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with experience creating processes and driving continuous improvement.
• Results-focused mindset with commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and high-quality engineering outcomes.
