What you will do
- Lead and develop the EMEA Technical Services platform in alignment with client needs and global strategy.
- Mobilise resources and build a community of practice for technical resource leaders across EMEA.
- Support business development, including service delivery strategies, pricing models, multidisciplinary RFP responses, and presentations.
- Oversee facilities engineering, asset management, service quality, governance, compliance, risk management, and technical standards.
- Design reporting products and align technology, business intelligence, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics with client requirements.
- Drive transformation, digital adoption, sustainability, energy efficiency, asset optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in facilities engineering or technical services management, including outsourced facility management and mobile engineering.
- Experience with asset management and CMMS platforms.
- Experience managing complex facilities and engineering operations, asset maintenance, and safety practices.
- Strong strategic planning, business acumen, resource allocation, relationship management, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Experience operating across multiple EMEA markets and navigating different regulatory environments, cultures, client expectations, and delivery models.
Nice to have
- Relevant professional engineering, technical, facilities management, or asset management qualification.
- Chartered status or equivalent professional accreditation.
