Technical Planner

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
• Lead maintenance planning and review meetings and communicate progress or changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Stores to ensure spare parts and materials are available for planned work.
• Monitor maintenance performance and communicate deviations to Engineering, Planning, and Production teams.
• Review and approve maintenance work packages with Senior Engineers.
• Ensure risk assessments, permits, safety requirements, contractor support, and accurate CMMS records are in place.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a similar role within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
• Experience using CMMS systems to manage maintenance activities and asset records.
• Experience working in a maintenance department within a fast-paced production environment.
• Experience participating in Root Cause Analysis investigations and problem-solving activities.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices.
