Automation Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and use automated tests for product features and releases.
• Develop and maintain test tools, automation frameworks, environments, and test cases.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and participate in design reviews to improve system modularity and testability.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve coverage throughout development.
• Troubleshoot test and production issues, isolate defects, and verify fixes.
• Apply AI-assisted tooling and LLMs to accelerate test creation and maintenance.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in software development or test automation; relevant internships or personal projects are also considered.
• Foundational knowledge of at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Kotlin, Swift, or Java.
• Exposure to automated testing or testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Espresso, or XCUITest.
• Understanding of basic testing concepts and willingness to learn the testing pyramid, CI/CD, and quality practices.
• Curiosity about applying AI and LLMs to testing and developer productivity.
• Comfortable collaborating in English. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
