Sr Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, business case, roadmap, and execution plan for an AI-powered next-best-product and next-best-action recommendation platform.
• Translate seller, customer, and business needs into recommendation experiences integrated with CRM, account planning, opportunity management, and seller productivity tools.
• Partner with engineering, data science, machine learning, analytics, UX, architecture, sales, finance, and strategy teams to deliver the product.
• Define recommendation eligibility, scoring, ranking, personalization, confidence, explainability, suppression, and seller feedback mechanisms.
• Lead MVP definition, pilots, A/B tests, controlled launches, adoption initiatives, and continuous product improvement.
• Measure seller adoption, recommendation quality, customer outcomes, pipeline creation, revenue impact, cross-sell, upsell, and seller productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience defining product or business strategy and taking complex products or strategic initiatives from problem definition through execution and measurable impact.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and structured problem-solving skills, and experience developing business cases, KPIs, and quantitative analyses.
• Experience working with engineering, data science, analytics, UX, and business teams on data-driven products, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional alignment skills in ambiguous and matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
• Experience with next-best-action, recommendation, personalization, sales intelligence, or AI-assisted decision-support products.
• Experience with B2B enterprise sales, account planning, opportunity management, solution selling, or customer lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, recommendation systems, ranking models, propensity models, predictive analytics, or personalization.
• Experience building AI-powered products with explainability, user trust, responsible AI, and large-scale customer or commercial datasets.
